Our safety team has been fielding a lot of questions about Recordkeeping and 300A posting and electronic submission. Posting location needs to be a prominent area like breakroom, time clock, etc. where employees can observe the form. Electronic Submission: Quick access Go to OSHA.gov “Take Action” header on left, scroll down Click on “Submit Form 300A Data Electronically” Click “Launch ITA” and follow the instructions You can also check out the OSHA website regarding Injury Tracking at : https://www.osha.gov/injuryreporting/ Details: Who - Establishments with 250 or more employees that are currently required to keep OSHA injury and illness records, and establishments with 20-249 employees that are classified in certain industries with historically high rates of occupational injuries and illnesses.
